It is summer!

As many of you may have noticed, there is road construction going on behind Yappy Campers. The Department of Transportation is rerouting Highway 14 and it will be very close to us. This will be a double edged sword. We will be easier to get to (when it is done), but we have grown used to the quiet surroundings. We left the Twin Cities to get away from the noise! In the meantime, it is hard to keep the place free from the dust the DOT is kicking up.

Spotlight on: Raven!

It was difficult finding a picture of Raven by herself. She is the Miss Congeniality of Yappy Campers! She plays with any and all dogs of any and all sizes.

We will have other dogs in our spotlight series in the future, so keep watching!

Other Stuff

Remember, we are a distributor of Natura dog food made from farm fresh ingredients from the U.S.A! After all, if you wouldn’t eat it, why feed it to your pets? We also sell Pet Odor eliminator candles. They really work!

Our future plans include installation of a new mud room so we can do dog bathing, a 6’ high fence enclosing an even larger portion of our yard, so your dog will have even more room to run. A sandbox is scheduled to be added this year. You will soon be able to view your pets on our Web Cam! We have a Web Cam purchased, but it is not compatible with Windows Vista (what is?) and we are trying to get it all figured out. Pam is beginning to lose hope.

Yappy Campers offers full day and half day doggie daycare and hourly playtime from 7 am – 7 pm seven days a week*

We also offer dog boarding. Rates are listed on the hours and pricing page. Please download the forms found on the Documents PDF link. Fill them out and bring them along with all required veterinarian information and bring them on the first day of boarding, or to the mini assessment for daycare.

We now have a separate fenced off area in the yard in case dogs have a personality difference and need to be separated.

We are always open to suggestions if you feel something is missing, or just have a good idea for Yappy Campers.
Our first and main goal is to create a fun, safe, cozy, and loving environment for you and your pets.
Thanks to everyone for your help through the process of fine-tuning our dog care business!
